A Scavenger Hunt, Oh My!

This really doesn't have much to do with Paca D'Lites Alpaca Ranch, other than that our ranch was one of the stops on the trip. This was just too cute not to pass on.

Our Lifegroup, from Chase Oaks Church in Plano, had a scavenger hunt Saturday night. The locations were written in "code". We had to figure out where these locations were, drive to the locations, and think of creative ways to take a picture of ourselves at the location. It was the guys versus the gals.



This was sooooo much fun! Much to my surprise, the ladies were absolutely fine with going through the pasture and into the alpaca stall to pick up / hug on alpacas. I really and truly thought there would be some "Ew" factor involved here from some of the women. Nope. But, take a look at the guys picture! Ha ha! Some of these guys weren't too thrilled with the prospect. Funny huh?



We had many locations to find. One of our stops was the Target Superstore in Murphy. The guys did a great job on this one. Looks like the boys are taking a quick trip around the parking lot while they are there. Yeah, I think the guys won this stop for the creative juices.


Another location we stopped at was Chick-Fil-A. These employees are the best! The guys got to get their picture taken behind the register. As you can see, a number of the employees got in on this picture. The women took over the drive-thru. Of course, we actually got drinks to help sustain us on our trip. :o)

FireHouse Subs... Did you know there is going to be a new FireHouse Subs going in right across from 24 Hour Fitness? I didn't even know that sign was there!


Japanese restaurant that I can't even remember the name of...

We had soooo much fun doing this! A big thank you to the Schells for coordinating this event! We had a fantastic time!
